Kathy is leading all Human Resources strategies and programs for The Sulzbacher Center, Northeast Florida's largest provider of comprehensive services for homeless men, women and children.Prior to joining The Sulzbacher Center, Kathy was a Human Resources executive with 20+ years of experience driving strategic business initiatives in a growth driven environment. She has been a business partner to senior operating and leadership executives with a proven track record of delivering contemporary Human Resources solutions in support of business goals. Kathy has served in an executive capacity in a variety of industries where she provided leadership for the design and development of Human Resources strategies and programs at the board, executive, management and employee levels. Kathy graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Marketing. She is active in community service and has performed volunteer leadership roles for numerous local and national non-profit organizations. She is also a recipient of the President’s National Volunteer Service Award.
