Responsible for all aspects of running a small family bed and breakfast including:reservations, cooking, planning events, pricing, invoicing, capital improvements, event set up, implementation and clean up, advertising, licensing and staffing,Assisted with the planning and implementation of over 190 weddings.Managed special events, business meetings, family reunions, private dinner parties as well as bed & breakfast overnight accommodations.

Responsible for engaging an alumni base of 11,000+.Plan and implement all aspects of events and reunions on-campus, across Montana and the northwest.Manage an alumni recognition program from nominations through to presentation of awards. In coordination with Career Services plan, execute and recruit sponsors for the annual senior etiquette dinner.Set goals, track program progress and manage department budget.Custom create, plan, promote and implement travel opportunities. Trips have included Ireland, Italy, a Glacier Weekend and a Walla Walla wine tour.Coordinate with athletics to provide opportunities for alumni, parents and friends to gather in conjunction with athletic games/events.
