I was recently promoted to a Regional Managing Directors position for Envoy. I’ve worked with customers for over 30 years in the airline industry. I worked for American Airlines both in their reservation department and as a customer service agent at the airport. I've been a General Manager for Envoy in Rochester, NY for the last 20 years where I managed 70 employees. While I’m that position I handled lost luggage issues, flight delays and employee issues on a daily basis. I've cleaned airplanes, loaded luggage and dealt with irate customers. I'm a ground security coordinator, lead environmental coordinator and a local trainer. Specialties: In charge of purchasing, payroll, budgets, auditing, HR issues and hiring and firing.
