I closed the requisitions after the identified candidates’ onboarded.Frequently joined job fairs and caravans initiating the pre-employment examinations to attendees and making sure candidate flow is as seamless and swift as possible.Responsible for the initial recruitment process:• Sourcing of potential candidates• Resume evaluation - initial screening• Initiating pre-employment examinations• Interviewing• Background checking to shortlisting of candidates• Prepare write ups appraisal sheet of prospective candidate to be endorsed• Weekly meetings with the Hiring Managers and local HR• Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Recruitment Manager
