Executive Administrative Assistant
Current• Manage all travel needs and book domestic and international travel for 10 board executives.• Compose email communications and executive correspondence. • Maintain Outlook calendar(s) and coordinate meeting arrangements for 10 board executives. • Handle confidential information appropriately.• Answer and screen incoming phone calls.• Maintain office supplies, stationary and kitchen supplies.• Sole point of contact for the board of directors responsible for the administrative functions and organization of the chamber office. • Interface with Presidents of other companies and serve as organizing committee member for multiple non-profit fundraising campaigns. • Maintain accurate financial records and billing of chamber members; coordinate and implement chamber activities and projects.• Actively recruit new and retain current members; Participate in community events and meetings as appropriate; Maintain chamber office as the face of the organization.
