This role has evolved to me being the production controller for 10 magazines that are published 7 times a year, I mainly concentrate on the admin side of the role now such as planning and copy chasing for all 10 titles. Part of my role is updating the websites with news, listings and competitions that are all run in the 10 titles, contacting the customers and the winners in due course. -

Other odd jobs were placed in production so we would ensure stationery was ordered and kept at the correct level, using Sage to produce invoices for customers and sending them out each week, filing all insert reports and account files. We were also the first contact for all enquires either over the phone or via email.
