I have extensive experience in Higher Education including 17 years teaching experience in 3 HEIs in the UK. I was awarded University of East London Teaching Fellowship for innovative practice in learning and teaching. I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.I led university teacher education programmes which were awarded 3 successive Grade 1s (Outstanding) in inspections.I have designed and delivered many consultancy projects on learning and teaching within the UK and internationally, including standalone workshops and programmes in academic practice for national bodies or for individual universities.
