Day to day running of the Centres including:• Security of the building • Organising & managing all room bookings • Managing a small staff team• Recruiting & managing volunteers• Dealing with all the finances coming into the Centre & banking the monies. • Dealing with repairs/maintenance & contractors.• Dealing with complaints• Implementing policies and procedures• Working in partnership with external organisations & contractors• Dealing with quotations• Dealing with safeguarding issues• Point of contact for customers, contractors, external organisations• Reconciling invoices/budgets• Dealing with confidential and sensitive information• Setting up new projects including Men in Sheds

• Taking bookings from customers over the phone, • Contacting drivers, sending them on deliveries, tracking where necessary• Invoicing and keeping booking diary up to date • Dealing with customer enquiries• Liaising with transport personnel• Budget/book keeping duties• Converting Microsoft word invoicing into Excel
