Able is a full service product development studio that has worked with clients across the life sciences, education, digital health, financial, and civic tech sectors. At Able, I led project kickoff and strategy sessions with clients, facilitated design sprints, and partnered with engineers to execute on end to end development. I helped a life science collaboration platform increase user engagement, seeing a 30% increase in visitors and 55% increase in session duration. And I helped with proof of concept prototypes for a digital blood testing service and an education tool to help high school students make smarter financial decisions about college. I also managed one direct report and worked closely with the Director of Product to support the product team’s growth and learning, including helping to author Able's product development playbook for internal and external collaboration.

Joyable is a mental health startup that has combined an online CBT based program with the support of a dedicated coach to provide affordable, best in class mental health services. As the first product manager to join the team, I helped guide a redesign of Joyable's Social Anxiety product, focused on the trial to paid curriculum across web and native iOS/Android, which increased trial to paid conversion by 10% and average activity completion by 25%. In a cross-disciplinary effort, I also helped to create and launch Joyable’s first Depression product, with initial Beta results showing an average 50% reduction in symptoms as measured by the PHQ-9 diagnostic (results on par with clinical benchmarks).

Teespring is a platform that makes it easy for anyone to create and sell high-quality products people love, with no cost or risk.I was the lead PM on a cross-functional product development pod focused on building a world-class commerce platform for sellers who are not only making their livelihoods off of the Teespring platform but who combined contributed to almost 80% of the core business. I helped launch a roadmap of features to empower this cohort of sellers to increase unit sales over 20%, including upsell/cross-sell experiences, a real time analytics dashboard, Facebook advertising and email marketing tools.

As the company's first product manager, I led user research efforts, created a product development roadmap and go to market strategy, and managed development for a mobile and web application that helped interior designers better manage their business operations.

At the SBA, I saw a movement of high growth entrepreneurship spread across the country and I saw the role of government and the role of policy to help foster a national spirit of entrepreneurship. I worked with Startup America to collect and transmit ideas on how federal agencies can better support entrepreneurs through their programs and processes. I helped the Income Based Repayment program with a website redesign in order to better inform student entrepreneurs of the available opportunities for loan repayment. And I coordinated mentorship events across the country for SBA's Entrepreneurial Mentor Corp program, helping one of the energy companies I worked with secure the nomination for the White House Champions of Change award.

As a Business Development intern, I helped the team prepare for the MIT 100K Business Plan Competition for One Earth Design's key product -- the SolSource 3-in-1, a solar cooker, heater and electricity generator device. The team went on to be a Finalist in the MIT 100K Development Track.
