• Managed Foundation assets of $9.2million across 192 fund accounts (i.e. endowments, donor restricted funds, unrestricted funds).• Responsible for Board of Trustees policies and operational guidelines, management of Financial investments, and reporting Foundation scholarship and donor results. • Managed Donor Engagement and Stewardship to drive $1.7million (+$1.1million) in new gifts to the Foundation in FY18. • Responsible for business development and fundraising (donations, sponsorship, new contracts), scholarships, programming for ProStart Illinois and management of the IRA Educational Foundation. • Led and governed the IRA Educational Foundation Board of Trustees.
