I am the Senior Vice President of New Group Development at TIGER 21, the premier peer-to-peer membership learning community for high net worth wealth creators and preservers. With 1,000+ members throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe, TIGER 21 provides a unique yet supportive and confidential setting for wealth creators to meet and discuss the challenges and opportunities of managing their wealth with peers. A graduate of Saint Bonaventure University and The Catholic University of America, I began my corporate career at RWI, Inc. , one of the largest state-wide disability management organizations in California and served as the Vice President of Operations. In 2005, I was hired as the Vice President of New Groups at Vistage a peer mentoring membership organization for CEOs, business owners and executives of small- to mid-size businesses with over 23,000 members around the world. I led a team of 5 group launch coaches working exclusively with new chairs and helping them launch their groups in the United States. We contributed to 242 new CEO groups in five years.I started YES Strategies, a consultancy service based in San Diego that assisted young professionals and recent college graduates successfully transition from college to career. Within a short period I had helped over 50 young adults, graduates and professionals find their ideal career post graduation. Before joining TIGER 21, I worked closely with the CEO of DRT Strategies, a woman owned management consulting firm and a leading provider of IT services. My two-fold responsibilities here included overseeing all operations for the Western Region as well as the company's human resource functions. I'm also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. I believe that when people can leverage their strengths, it contributes to creating the right culture to deliver remarkable results. Some of the causes I support include the Father Joe's 5K Thanksgiving Walk and the Susan G Komen Foundation, having raised over $65,000 in 7 years. I am also very active in my church, the Immaculata.
