Kathy Harbaugh holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Indiana Association of REALTORS® (IAR), having commenced her tenure with the organization in June of 2010. In her capacity, she assumes a multifaceted role, encompassing the oversight of internal budgeting, financial reporting, audits, accounting relationships, insurance services, and human resources management. Additionally, Kathy plays a pivotal role as a liaison at the local level, ensuring adherence to core standards, governance, and spearheading leadership development initiatives within the REALTOR® Association. She is also instrumental in crafting curriculum for the Association's Real Estate Certification Program (RECP), renowned as Indiana's premier provider of real estate education. Prior to her distinguished service with the IAR, Kathy served as the Executive Vice President of the REALTORS® Association of Central Indiana for a tenure spanning 14 ½ years. Kathy's extensive professional journey is underscored by her acquisition of licenses, including Salesperson in 1978, Broker’s in 1981, and Instructor’s in the early 2000s.
