Since 2000. I've worked for non-profits, supporting the major gifts fundraising efforts by providing grantwriting and reporting, research on potential or current donors. Prior to this work, I wrote for newspapers and a magazine. My first fundraising job was with the Museum of Glass, in Tacoma, WA. I've enjoyed the unraveling of stories that often happens when researching people of wealth. I've been able to touch on the high points of many industries through my work, and am constantly being educated on a variety of topics. I am also an artist. I create wire sculptures and jewelry.
