She received her MS in Engineering Psychology and BS in Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. As the Research Tech Lead, I worked with stakeholders to identify both iterative and strategic research opportunities across the suite. My role was to understand the users’ requirements as well as the business requirements for each area I supported. Based on that knowledge, I developed and implemented a year-long research strategy for each area. I conducted usability testing, interviews, surveys, card sorting, and field studies, as well as literature reviews and competitive analyses. Additional responsibilities included spearheading standardization of methods and documentation within the usability group and providing training and mentoring to junior staff.
