Requires excellent customer service skills, technical knowledge of SQL, MS Access, Server, Active Directory and common operating systems, including Macintosh, the ability to manipulate data and heavy use of remote connection software. Experience owning, managing and driving projects forward in a timely way .

Level 1 identification, validation, impact analysis and initial troubleshooting of service impacting incidents for Managed Services customers. Use of automated monitoring tools and preventative checks to identify incidents impacting a variety of remote IT environments for a diverse set of customers and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Escalate and dispatch to Level 2/3 resources, customers, and/or managers. This resource also maintains accurate ticket and technical documentation using the Service Now ticketing and event management system.

Provide Level 1 technical support for end-users of K-12 back and front office software for lunch programs. SQL, Server 2003, 2008, POS equipment.
