Developed a transformative rebranding strategy for Sandy Spring Bank, resulting in an effective, modern design that reinvented corporate image to reflect changing industry trends. Created and presented design concepts, and production of print materials including logos, brochures, retail ads, promotions, invitations, ATM card and kiosk designs, web banners, trade show signage, and PowerPoint presentations for various clients. Discussed and analyzed client needs and criteria before translating into a final concept, presented timelines and budgets, and supplied clients with final artwork for print.

Designed and produced print materials for bank business lines, including brochures, employee promotions, ads, mailers, signage, ATM cards, trade show graphics, internal communications, logos, e-mail graphics, and newsletters. Specific projects included annual holiday cards, annual and community reports, signage for the Browns stadium, internal corporate branding and other high-profile jobs. Acted as lead designer on business lines and managed creative staff, directing their work and ensuring brand compliance, quality and accuracy before going to clients. Led weekly staff meetings and client presentations, managed photo shoots and outside vendors, checked projects on press, organized ongoing training sessions for design staff, and trained new hires.

Designed and produced the 1999/2000/2001 Toy Fair Catalog, graphics for Annual Toy Fair Show, POP, JC Penney Spring and Fall Catalog, brochures, direct mailers, posters, ads, packaging, sell sheets and logos.

Initiated layout designs and production of print ads, brochures, catalogs, and other agency materials. Prepared digital files for print and interacted with marketing and copy teams. Coordinated and assigned daily jobs to production artists and graphic designers, oversaw job statuses in Filemaker Pro, and entered daily time sheets as a temporary production traffic coordinator.
