At Footsteps2Brilliance®, we accelerate student achievement by uniting the power of mobile technology with the latest in cognitive research. Our Model Innovation City program enables transformative administrators and community leaders to create a turnkey citywide literacy initiative using smartphones and tablets to increase bilingual early literacy.As CAO at Footsteps2Brilliance, I oversee product management and curriculum design. Worked on a variety of projects with a variety of companies.Over multiple years, helped a company with no history of professional services to develop and deliver a catalog of exceptional blended learning experiences for educators. Created the catalog of materials for PD Consultants to deliver in-person and virtual PD sessions. Created an eLearning professional development strategy from the ground up, including setting up and administering the LMS and creating all of the eLearning courses.
