Kathy M. Brady, Lcsw (Co, Tx) Email and Phone Number
I've been a licensed clinical professional in the wellness and mental health community for over 25 years. I am a trauma-informed therapist and am certified in EMDR, MI, DBT, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am currently learning all I can about Internal Family Systems therapy and am incorporating this into sessions as appropriate. My goal is to support my clients in resolving issues that have been causing them trouble – whether that is something more temporary, like adjusting to life transitions or something longer term like Complex PTSD. I have a friendly and casual style and believe that a positive therapeutic connection is the foundation for healing. I collaborate with my clients to determine what will work best for them to reach the therapeutic goals that are most important to them. I'm enthusiastic, empathetic, always learning, and committed to living from curiosity. I also make space to have some fun along the way!
