Whether it's writing fiction or writing for the big screen, it's all about the story.I’ve been a storyteller for as far back as I can remember, in addition to the many marketing hats I've worn. Across my career, I have worked agency-side, corporate-side, and in my own freelance practice. I’ve served as Executive Director, marketing VP, creative director, brand strategist, and nonprofit founder, and storytelling has always ridden alongside.These days I've moved into the purest form of storytelling, in both fiction and screenwriting, primarily in the fantasy genre. I've been honored to receive the Pat Conroy Literary Center's Writer's Residency and have garnered top rankings in The Academy Nicholl Fellowship (Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences) and Creative Screenwriting Accolades and other writing competitions. All great validation for a rabid storyteller! I was raised in New Orleans. . .laissez les bons temps rouler (for the unanointed, that’s Cajun-speak for ‘let the good times roll’). After much gallivanting around the U.S. for various positions, I now live in Dallas, Texas.And all along the way, there's been storytelling.
