Owner of 4 stores at the Hickory Furniture Mart. Southern Style Fine Furniture, Heritage Furniture Gallery & Outlet and Hooker Furniture Outlet.Since I started there I designed the logo created our company name Southern Heritage Home and rebranded the company giving us one umbrella to unify the stores for the public. Of the 4 stores I oversaw moving 3 of the 4 stores locations shifting them in order to place the anchor store in a prime visual location. While moving the stores I worked with the architect and my team completely renovating our now 23,000 square foot anchor store Southern Style Fine Furniture. With the 3 other locations we total just over 86,000 square of retail space. We have seen continued growth in sales ever since the renovation.I take pride in my leadership role. Listening to my team and working in unison to create efficient flow and communication their jobs. Daily tasks I over see are logistics, sales margin, profit and loss margins,marketing, sales, team leadership, sales training and helping my team succeed are my every day goals.
