Started with Seagate as an individual contributor in the role of a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2008 I was elevated to a Senior HR Manager position in Europe (Amsterdam, Paris, UK, and Munich), where I provided leadership, coaching and development to the EMEA HR Business Partner team. Working closely with the executives of the EMEA Region to ensure they are supported in achieving business results. After returning to the US, I became the Director/strategic business partner for the EVP, Worldwide Sales and Marketing as well as the SVP Product Line Management. This was while I continued to support the VP EMEA Sales and Marketing and lead the EMEA HR Business Partner Team as well as managing US HR Business Partners. I left Seagate in May 2012 for personal reasons.
