Since 2001, Kathy Seiders has provided business management as the co-owner and Vice President / COO of a family business, Vitil Solutions. Vitil is previously known as DOS Computer and was established in 1977. Vitil Solutions Inc. is a Florida-based technology service provider. From the Sarasota office, she is responsible for operations, finance, and human resources. Her total experience is a combination of running a small-medium-sized technology business, working in Fortune 500 companies, to managing a storm office for Hurricane Andrew in the early 1990s. Kathy applies her passion and focuses to the improvements of business efficiency to make everyone’s job a little simpler, so each person can create their own balance between work and life, she subscribes to the old adage of Habit 7: Keep your Saw Sharp - then create a life of adventure and learning. Kathy’s knowledge provides expertise and understanding in specialties such as Organizational Design and Behavior, Business Development and Planning, Operational Efficiency, Financial Forecasting, Budgeting and Management, Process, and Project Management.
