Leadership and coaching programs became a part of the company’s internal training university.• Engaged by CEO to help turn around troubled sales culture in a consumer specialty finance business plagued by both inconsistent business performance and radical industry change. Coached both sales and operational leaders that led to a strong team work and consistent business results in both business units.• Led “Effective Leadership for Women” trainings within Fortune 100 companies across all divisions along with Breakthrough Coaching trainings for incoming managers in companies around the world.• Was the consultant and trainer of choice for the World Class Manufacturing Canadian Consortium (over 20 manufacturing companies) that sent senior managers to the Practice of Leadership and Coaching Program for over 10 years.• Worked for over 15 years in manufacturing plants in the US and Canada bringing together Unions and Management to work as One Team, One Culture, One Company. This training was considered “Work Place of the Future” for extremely challenging company environments where the trust was non-existent and the relationships were strained. Transformed these manufacturing groups with years of mistrust into One Team, One Culture that achieved record productivity and safety records.

An international strategic consulting company focused on performance improvement. Client leadership projects included P&G, Campbell Soup, Hostess Frito Lay, EMCO Ltd, and The Globe and Mail. Kathy led a team who designed, created, implemented and delivered all of the training, coaching and mentoring programs for all of Charles Smith's clients.

Reported directly to the CEO and was accountable for national registration, operations and breakthrough efficiencies with our main training programs. Trained and empowered all office Presidents and abroad to produce breakthrough results in attendance and completion of our trainings. During all of my years, I produced efficiencies coming from 60% to consistent 90% and above attendances with large groups of people. This happened by creating strong relationships and trust with the Sales Teams, the Operations Teams and customers themselves.

Oversaw one of the top 3 offices in the world. Managed a staff of 17 managers who were accountable for all of our main training, workshops, logistics, special events, finance, seminars for graduates and all of our volunteer programs. Over 3000 graduates in seminars, 500 volunteers, monthly training in several local locations with several hundred participants, hundreds of participants in our communication workshops and regular special events.

Led sales workshops, seminars and events from 500 to 3000 people at a time. Was main speaker in large hotels, DAR Constitutional Hall and event halls. Accountable for filling main trainings each month with between 250 and 300 participants. Trained, led and managed Guest Seminar Leader Program with 75 - 100 participants. Graduates of this program led sales events in the area on a weekly basis and reported to me with enrollments and sales.
