I joined TAB - The Alternative Board - as a board member in 2012. After seeing the value TAB brings to business owners and managers, in 2015 I became certified as a Contract Facilitator for the CNJ-TAB franchise of The Alternative Board. Working with the owners, Cathy Lawler and Vicky Richards, I facilitate monthly board meetings and provide monthly one-on-one coaching to board members.In 2019 I completed the Triadic Coaching Training Program and was certified as a TAB Professional Coach.The Alternative Board (TAB) is a Peer Advisory and Executive Business Coaching organization that brings local business owners and leaders from non-competing industries together in a group setting - similar to a board of directors. We help each other work on challenges and opportunities facing each of our companies. I have seen the tremendous benefits members have received both personally and for their businesses from their membership in TAB. Warren Consulting Services, LLC to assist small business owners with HR issues.

In 2015 I achieved my goal of obtaining my SP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management as well a becoming a Certified Contract Facilitator for The Alternative Board.As President & COO of Bryant Staffing, I am proud to continue working with a team of talented, experienced and dedicated individuals who enjoy the opportunity of working as business partners with our clients to find the best match for their open positions. In addition, our team works hard to assist individuals with needs that range from their search for a new career to a job to fill a short term monetary need. I am the Past President and active Board Member of the New Jersey Staffing Alliance, Past Board Member and current member of the Affiliated Staffing Group, the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Commerce and Industry Association of NJ, New Jersey Business and Industry Association, and the Alternative Board,

Began working as a temporary employee on various assignments. In 1986 I began working as an internal staff employee reporting directly to the President. Over the next several years, I took on the responsibility for payroll, interviewing, and recruiting. At the time the company was acquired, my position was Office Manager, supervising a staff of 5.

Responsible for relocating employees to locations around the world; calculated and administered their compensation and benefit packages; assisted in the sale or rental of their U.S. homes; assisted foreign nationals transferring to the U.S. with locating residences, social security cards and driver's licenses, finding appropriate schools for their children and jobs for their spouses.
