I am a professional passionate about my work to provide operational excellence and innovation in people management solutions. My constant listening to the needs of employees and the 38 HRs of the Sicoob SC/RS Credit Cooperatives keeps me constantly engaged. Over my 15 years of experience at Sicoob SC/RS, I was able to experience several reinventions and stages of the business. I was present during the significant growth in the workforce, the adaptations resulting from labor reform, eSocial, home office and the increase in the number of cooperatives I serve, currently totaling more than eight thousand employees. For the past seven years, I have had the privilege of leading an HR team. This experience was a driving milestone in my career, challenging me to acquire new skills in management and leadership. In this process, I discovered a new passion: leading a team with a sense of unique purpose that results in extraordinary results. I feel very proud to contribute to Sicoob SC/RS being recognized as one of the best places to work and the third best financial institution in the Forbes ranking!
