It is important to me that my impact on teams and organisations is meaningful, sustainable and grounded in evidence (along with a bit of gut instinct – I really do trust my instincts). The way I do this is to work with individuals and teams in such a way that causes enough discomfort (we know that discomfort=growth) to trigger the motivation and determination to create real behavioural or system changes. This sense of discomfort often comes in the form of honest, constructive and often challenging questions and conversations. I have a knack of getting teams/organisations to do something about the pink elephant in the room. I am particularly experienced and passionate about team dynamics, leadership practices and constructive cultures and love to work in different contexts, with different groups, in different environments.I am an experienced Associate Director with in-depth knowledge and experience in organisational psychology.
