Work with Senior Designer, Production Coordinator, Merchandising Team and overseas factories to produce licensed apparel for the Dallas Cowboys and The University of Southern California by designing fashion styles for Men’s, Boy’s, Infant, and Toddler lines. Research trends, sketch designs in illustrator, and work with graphics department to develop screen prints and patterns. Implement and utilize the PLM system WFX to create tech packs, request, track, evaluate, fit, and provide comments and instruction for corrections to samples. Organize and approve fabric samples, trims, and graphic strike-offs. Communicate clearly with factories and other team members to ensure production of line is timely and meets high standards of the company brand.

Assisted in product development for ready to wear women’s company. Placed sample fabric and trim orders, participated in weekly fittings, created cost-sheets, design cards, and spec sheets. Coordinated with designers, pattern maker, sample room, and production manager to assure timely domestic production of samples and stock. Assisted in sales presentations to buyers at seasonal markets.

Assisted customers in fitting and selecting merchandise by developing and maintaining trusting relationships. Organized and merchandised department floor utilizing key items. Interacted with brand representatives to gain greater understanding of products and fit processes.
