Colleagues describe her as "I worked with Katie directly for 6 years after she expressed a desire to take her direct knowledge of our customer platform and apply it to the area of Quality Assurance. Being brand new to the position of QA, Katie quickly learned the tools of the trade, increased her technical knowledge, and easily used her knowledge of the platform to provide an excellent testing perspective. She persevered through obstacles and always sought to improve both herself and her team. She always put in the extra effort to help her team meet objectives or to pitch in anywhere else that her knowledge was needed.
