At Littlegreen Academy I was employed as a Teaching Assistant supporting boys with special education needs aged 6-16. This role required a very hard-working and dedicated individual, as it was challenging at times but ultimately rewarding. I left this job in order to pursue a dream of travelling to Australia, which I did for 3 months until April 2023.

Ascot Lloyd recently purchased Investment Solutions Wealth Management, a Chartered Independent financial advisory service where I worked seasonally during busy periods to support staff with administrative tasks across the office.

I started writing for Impact magazine as a way to let some creative energy out and remain productive during the current national lockdown. It has also allowed me to become more involved with the university and gain new connections with my new peers. Writing features for the entertainment section allows me to express and develop my passion for film, television and music as well as practice essay writing skills!

I have been working at the Spar located in the Student's Union, beginning in the second year of my degree. This has been helpful for getting to know and interact with a wider range of students as well as paying the bills. My 4 years of customer service experience means I am fully confident in working at tills and handling cash, as well as dealing with customers in a polite and friendly manner.

Despite the pandemic, I secured a job working at Secret Cinema's 'Starlight Drive-in' based at Goodwood motor circuit over the summer of 2020. This was a fantastic opportunity, far different from any previous job I have had before. I have worked for various events Goodwood has hosted over the past 3 years and always enjoy the experience as it involves working in a fast-paced, exciting environment, often with a different team of people each time, meaning I am able to adapt and succeed in a role no matter the situation.

I worked for Tesco whilst studying for my a-levels. During this experience, I gained my first real knowledge of time-management skills and how to delegate and prioritise my tasks and time sufficiently. I worked effectively and confidently in a team of people and always worked my fair share whilst balancing my studies also.
