The New Orleans Justice Center in partnership with University Medical Center provides services for survivors of sexual assault, human trafficking, and domestic violence. As a volunteer medical advocate, I support them through the process of medical exams, explaining information, providing comfort and support, as well as making sure patients are connected with resources such as housing upon leaving the hospital.

Responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining successful relationships with network practices and key ACO constituents. As part of the provider relations team, I ensure accurate and timely data abstraction and subsequent reporting of quality metrics to each payer in accordance with their assigned shared savings agreement. I help to develop, implement and monitor individualized strategies to achieve quality metric goals in the assigned network practices. The goal of this position is for overall health cost reductions for physicians as well as patients and avoidance of costly emergency health care services.
