Plan High Scope activities for parents to experience with their children in their home. Manage case load of 12 families to help them become their child's best first teacher. Give resources to better the entire family, evaluate children and help them receive any special needs treatments.

Manage and maintain center staff and children. Adhere to a monthly budget with cost control. Maintain all state of Michigan licensing requirements, along with corporation policies and procedures. Encourage and maintain relationships with current and prospective families in the center and the community.
