My responsibilities within this role were greeting and serving customers, verifying ages of customers where legally required, mixing and making drinks, cleaning and organising.

This job role required excellent customer service skills, good time management and being able to work efficiently in a team setting in a busy environment aswell as using catering skills to help prepare food. Within this job my main roles were to serve customers, both in person and over the phone, using the till, preparing food and cleaning.

Within this role I would deliver papers to residents on three separate routes Monday to Saturday aswell as one route on Sundays. This required waking up at half past five each morning to be able to complete the routes before going to school/college. The role taught me time management, the importance of good customers service and a good work ethic at a young age.
