I performed a national role with responsibility for the Corporate and Franchise Group as the HR and Development Manager for CCUK. I was responsible for the design and delivery of the HR strategy. I focused on developing CCUK HR policy and HR activity coordination such as employee relations, recruitment, benefits and retention, engagement, change management, TUPE, ET cases and HR systems.
