- Overall responsibility for operational performance and the profitability of the Central Region Construction Portfolio. o Annual volume of $1.1B under construction and $900M in Predevelopment o Construction Operations for regional growth from ~3% of DFW Market Share to 20% of Market share resulting in an increase in project starts from 749 units to 4,300+ units per year.- Create consistent, transparent processes for optimum performance and connectivity with entire company. - Establish KPI and regular reporting to understand regional performance while providing targets for performance, metrics to evaluate progress and insights to help make organization decisions. - Revamp Schedule Culture, Process, and Technology to reduce overall duration of projects by 5 months resulting in an average of $1.5M per project reduction in cost, $22M platform annualized cost reduction. - Create and implement Strategic Long-Term People Planning to provide stability for associates and predictable project outcomings while focusing on associate growth and development, retention, team dynamics, and pairing strengths and weaknesses.- Identify, mitigate, and monitor construction risk in predevelopment and production phases including evaluation of risk vs reward. - Drive a culture of Ownership throughout the organization and empower people managers.Markets: Multifamily, Senior Living, and SFR – projects ranging in value from $40M to $140M+
