Aug 2023-present day Partner Operation manager. Accountable for partner lifecycle, training, recruitment, scheduling and pay.Feb 2023-Aug 2023 Customer Experience Manager accountable for foods service and hospitality in branch. In which this includes, the welcome desk, car park, counters, partner dining room and cafe.

After being given the opportunity to be a trainee TM, I took on a legal role within the branch focussing on Health & Safety and Food safety. Alongside this I have also been accountable for payment and customer experience bolt on and being a partner line manager. I successfully completed my duty training and regularly run the branch and oversee its operations.

My new role as a team leader in partner operations has given me the chance to take on new challenges. I now conduct interviews, inductions and help new starters with their training while earning their membership to the partnership. Alongside new starters, another aspect of my new role is to maintain a good relationship with existing partners by keeping them up to date with partnership news and to develop their own cross training progress.

Various departments including E-commerce collections, picking, welcome desk and payment.
