• Consult on wellness and disease management topics at the request of benefit consultants, brokers and others in the healthcare industry. • Develop and promote Physical, Mental, and Emotional Health Education Programs Topics include tobacco cessation, diabetes management, diabetes prevention, hypertension management, COPD management, cardiac management, exercise and physical fitness development, weight management and other topics. • Coordinate and contribute to promotional and educational events including the coordination of speakers, health-related demonstrations, displays, and video materials provided by local agencies, insurance carriers, local/regional agencies, hospitals, and other resources.• Conduct and contribute to strategic risk mitigation to review client health risks among population, and consult on wellness solutions, program design, and evaluate efficacy of wellness solutions with the goal of improving health outcomes and employer ROI. • Present and discuss Health and Wellness solutions to prospective clients and consult on cultural wellness enhancement in an effort to add value to the success of wellness programs and services. • Administer and develop technology resources to increase accessibility of disease management and wellness services modules among population.• Collaborate with community health agencies and develop resources to be available to and used by on-site clinic providers in their contacts with patients.
