Responsibilities Include-• Deliver photographic assets that are in keeping with Comic Reliefs brand values and creative strategy.• Manage and plan photo shoots on location and studio, both in the UK and Internationally.• Commission photographers, stylists and hair & makeup for shoots, negotiating terms and rates.• Art direction on photoshoots• Ensure shoots are within budget, and on schedule. • Oversee the uploading and tagging of all images on the digital asset management (DAM) system.• Train staff on photographic best practice and policies.• Ensure all safeguarding guidelines are followed and the relevant clearances/ consent forms are signed.• Manage retouching schedule.• Negotiate picture sales and licenses to external companies
