Works with a variety of business leaders/ representatives and others in the development of new or negotiate changes to existing contracts- Works with suppliers, vendors, customers, contractors and others inside and outside Company in accordance with responsibilities- Reviews draft and existing documents to identify requirements and provides basic risk assessment as benchmarked against standard contract requirements- Provides input and assistance to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and within Company policy and standards- Resolves issues, concerns and problems within the scope of designated authority and Company policy for assigned aspects of contracts negotiations- Effectively work in the contracts database tool which handles workflow and functions as contracts repository

Excellent knowledge of all facets of print production: presses & graphicsExperience working in a self-directed work environmentTolerance color matching systems.Multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline oriented environment.Continuous process improvement initiatives and ability to solve problems creatively.· Facilitate continuous improvement projects.·Develop programs and train personnel at various levels of the organization.Quality control processes to ensure every print job is done on time at high quality.· Maintain production control records and provide information to management with regard to delivery dates, schedules and operating problems.· Manages vendor relationships to ensure project goals are met: expenditures, equipment delivery, equipment performance specifications (throughput, safety, reliability).· Identifies and reviews wet offset and Flexographic printing related technological advancements (including equipment).· Analyzes quality, productivity and waste standards to ensure accuracy; leads continuous improvement efforts.
