I am an experienced banking executive with nearly 30 years of expertise across human resources, risk management, finance, and audit. Embarking on my own 'next season', I am a Senior Advisor with MyNextSeason to grow its Executive Advising offering. In addition to supporting and expanding the company’s bench of world-class advisors, I look forward to working with our current clients as well as prospective clients to build and deepen relationships by innovating solutions to meet the needs of multiple generations in today’s workforce. A career-long coach, I also advise clients one-on-one as they courageously lead through change and achieve their professional goals. Throughout my career at Bank of America, I was continually called upon to create and scale new functions. As a strategic partner to senior leaders, I relocated in support of some of the bank’s most important acquisitions and businesses. Over the course of my career, I served in a variety of senior global human resources roles across global banking, consumer, wealth and investment management, talent acquisition, and governance/regulatory relations. My HR expertise also includes designing and implementing global, large-scale, human capital and talent management strategies with strong influencing and relationship management skills. I most recently led the Charlotte market team, guiding a philanthropic investment strategy and partnering with banking teams to ensure comprehensive client services. Focused on building meaningful and thoughtful relationships, I am an inclusive and transparent communicator with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Active in the community and with a focus on education and the arts, I enjoy my volunteer roles on several boards and committees.While a Texan at heart, Charlotte is now my home!
