In my role as the Complex Coordinator I oversaw an area of 770 first year students. I directly supervised two professional, post-masters degree Residence Hall Coordinators who each supervised approximately 11 undergraduate resident assistants. I served on various departmental committees and oversaw the implementation of our departmental strategic plan as it relates to sustainability efforts.

As a Residence Hall Coordinator, I directly oversaw a residential area of six buildings containing approximately 500 upperclass students. The area housed an all female community, a substance free community, an international community, and an honors community. I was reponsible for the supervision, training, and evaluation of 16 undergraduate resident assistants. I also was very active in the implimentation and assessment of departmental environmental sustainability efforts and served as a sexual offense support advocate.

I oversaw a building of approximately 150 primarily first-year residents with an International theme community containing international women as well as domestic women interested in learning about different cultures. I directly supervised six undergraduate resident assistants and was in charge of training, implementing, reorganizing, and assessing the institution-wide First Year Experience programming model.
