Key Responsibilities & Skills: - Planning and implementing learning programs for students to follow. - Presenting educational resources to students and colleagues. - Creating the schemes and resources for Creative Design. This was part of my workplace’s new Innovation Stream. I was part of the team who helped originally implement it in 2017. The Innovation Stream is an exciting initiative for students who wish to be involved in an innovative curriculum based on developing learners, leaders and change-makers who use knowledge meaningfully. - Overseeing Peer Support training with my Year 9s. - Working closely with community groups (i.e. approaching local groups for sponsorship for school events). - Reviewing the effectiveness of past programs and reporting back to Line Managers. - Learning and implementing new knowledge in a timely and effective manner. - Strong research, writing and communication skills. - Experience in managing motivated (and less motivated) individuals. - Enthusiasm and high energy when it comes to presenting topics. - Sharing resources and supporting colleagues. - Experience with computer software (Microsoft). - Planning daily schedule weeks/months in advance according to upcoming assessments and deadlines. - Reviewing best practice (completing an Enquiry Project each year – my most recent was on lifting boys’ achievement levels). - Developing new units that are tailored to students’ interests.

Key Responsibilities & Skills: As above, as it was a similar role, but also: - Directing, managing, lighting and overseeing Year 11 productions. - Editing video and music (for productions). - Programming and operating lighting and soundboards. - Working within budgets for productions (props). - Stage managing schoolwide productions. - Training student leaders for Peer Support. - Creating reports on previous years of achievement levels. - Organising and accompanying students on Education outside the Classroom trips (EOTC). - Working within deadlines and adhering to high personal and professional standards. - Working well under stress within limited time constraints.

Key Responsibilities & Skills: - Maintaining and achieving sales targets. - Attaining the title of most profitable salesperson. - Undergoing training to improve knowledge of product. - Processing GE Money and Q Card credit applications for individuals. - Processing Flexirent applications for businesses.

I was a Carer to patients in the Dementia Ward and other hospital-grade wards. I also worked in the cafe/helped run it when the Manager was on annual leave/helped in the kitchen when needed. I worked here while attending university.
