Katie counsels clients on trademark, trade dress, and copyright matters, including trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, and represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in trademark litigation. Previously, Katie represented clients in civil rights cases concerning wrongful convictions and other violations of the Constitution.
