Support a large contact centre - organising the staffing levels, changing working hours, allocating shifts, holidays, and overtime. Taking the role of Workforce Manager when the Operational Performance Manager is away has given me great insight into People and Team Managing. Being the team expert in our in-house systems such as IFS, Kronos, Access, Microsoft Office and Teleopti gives the insight to maximise efficiency. An enthusiastic and knowledgeable participant in new initiatives and, ensuring they are delivered, complete and on time. I put forward the idea and then assisting in the build of a Call Handling Assistant in Access with a Knowledge data base. I am the Process Expert and have become the go-to person for any questions in this area.I am involved in the Recruitment and Onboarding process of new starters, both in the field and in the contact centre including the interview and selection processI successfully completed induction training for contact centre new starters from 2017-2019.
