As a supervisor, I provide both mentorship and training to team members and am responsible for service delivery, career development, performance, and administrative management. I lead and work collaboratively with a team of Multimedia Developers, Specialists and eLearning Developers in the creation of deliverables including videos, digital media, and on-line training material for our LMS.
