I have worked in the mortgage industry since leaving school - I started off as an Office Junior for a mortgage packager and got a bug for all things mortgages, so here I have stayed! From office junior, I worked my way up to a case manager/admin assistant before taking Cemap and finally qualifying to give advice back in 2008 - I also bought my first flat at the same time, what a year to decide to do that!! I moved over to the BDM role in 2015 where I have worked for large lenders like Santander and HSBC before more recently joining Mortgage Brain as a National Account Manager. I believe tech is the way forward and a very heavy influence on our industry, so I am very excited to be a part of this journey! My role here is to manage existing and new intermediary relationships, assisting with the integration/migration of new technology, designed to make the life of a broker as easy as possible and save heaps of precious time! I wish I had had the tools that are available now back when I was advising...Mortgage Brain is both market leading & forward thinking - the technology they already have and are busy building is mind blowing so continue to watch this space.....
