As receptionist, I answer phones, transfer calls and help customers with a variety of issues over the phone. I develop and update spreadsheets and other reports as needed, and also perform all teller duties, as needed. I coordinated all requirements to become a Blue Zones workplace and coordinated a committee to plan events for employees outside of work to develop camaraderie with staff.As interim marketing coordinator, I coordinated bank advertisements with local newspapers and television stations.As a licensed insurance agent, I write quotes for personal lines, make insurance payments for customers, and make requested changes to policies as needed.

I taught 6th grade Math and Science, as well as Alternative Education Math. I was an National Junior Honor Society sponsor, an 8th grade class sponsor and a mentor on our new teacher mentoring committee, as well as NRCEA co president and 21st Century Grant Committee Member

I taught 4th grade Science, Social Studies and Spelling.

I was the credentialing manager for an Orthopedic clinic as well as for a 10 bed outpatient hospital. I helped get credential started for the hospital when it opened.
