Real Estate Salesperson• Provide excellent customer service to home buyers and sellers.• Analyze market trends to determine competitive market prices.• Preparation of legal documents including listing and sales contracts

Accountants Payable management. Accountants reconciliations.

• Administers all benefits for the agency’s 600 employees including but not limited to, health, dental, life, disability and FMLA insurances.• Assists Director of Human Resources with changes & implementation of new benefits throughout the year. • Administers all aspects of COBRA for the agency.• Interacts with and designs custom reports for all department heads.• Coordinates and administers agency’s benefits fair.• Creates and implements agency’s wellness program.• Acts as back up and covers for the Director of Human Resources and Payroll.• Implementation specialist for ACA on ADP Workforce Now.

Accounting/Payroll• Daily management of banks accounting department and four direct reports• Provide supervision and assistance to three accounting clerks.
