Donor management, grant writing, marketing, and development for FP of North Fulton/Dekalb. This nonprofit utilizes a rotational shelter program throughout various faith-based organizations, housing homeless families as they work toward regaining independence. FP provides case management to complete individualized plans of care to assist with regaining/sustaining employment, providing for childcare, assisting with transportation, meals and essential needs. FP also provides a program for families that have graduated to independent living, to prevent relapse into homelessness. Throughout the continuum of care, FP also focuses on enhacing the childrens' lives through provision of backpacks/school supplies, essential clothing/needs, sports/camps, field trips, and more.
