I am a great problem solver and have been the escalation support processor for many years. My positions, thus far, included working with consumers, clients, sales, and officers to gather necessary documentation, process to create utmost customer satisfaction. Previously, I was in the commercial lending dealer floor plan business for 7 years, including accounts receivable. My primary focus was providing excellent customer service to dealers by working as a Collateral Administrator III. My position involved over 300 dealers to gather a floor plan for the betterment of net dealers associated with Bank of America. In 2013, I switched my position title to Sr. Retail Loan Processor/Escalation Processor where I was consistently on the top 5 out of 50 processors in the nation. I was also training new and current employees (Alpharetta team) while I was on the top processor’s list. From 2006-2010, I worked as a Credit Administrator for 4 years where I was responsible for the preparation of new prospects, buyouts and annual reviews of dealers. I was responsible for generating, distributing and tracking legal documentation as conditioned by credit analyst. I mainly helped setup dealers in the database. I was leading our team for managing division’s accounts with the secretary of state website for the Universal Commercial Code (UCC).I have been an Account Service Coordinator for both MTD products and Briggs & Stratton. I worked with both dealers and manufacturer to collect unpaid balances. This position brought the best in me. I was in charge with assisting dealers with any inquires they may have about their account; also resolved any issues that arose. Managing 750 dealers in 7 states brought me to learn new processes, as well as function of the products the company offered. I work best under any given circumstance. I’m very efficient and precise with all duties given. I work well under any pressure and constructive criticism.
