I have 20 years experience in Retail, Office and Industrial Property sectors, and more recently in the Build to Rent sector, having worked for some of the leading Real Estate Investment Trusts and Agencies.Key achievements include transformation workstream lead for a large technology project, leading Property Administration and Property Accounting portfolios, finance lead and subject matter expert for many projects including multiple system upgrades and enhancements, pre-project planning and documentation, training and mentoring of staff, and identifying and implementing process and system improvements for property management teams.I am a positive person who is willing to take on any challenge presented to me.
